Refreshing Firefox (Attachment Issue)

If you've suddenly found yourself unable to attach files in the Outlook Web App that the school system uses for email, the above image may offer a solution. Please note that the directions only work for those using Firefox. Chrome still does not support the Outlook Web App and continues to have problems attaching files.
